Exchange Policy

Note: The return shipping fees will be paid by customer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Final sale items, personalized or custom-made products, intimate apparel, beauty products, and gift cards. Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are also not eligible for return.
